Mobility made for everyone
Evolve’s Inclusive Mobility Program makes e-bike and e-scooter sharing more accessible for populations experiencing barriers to transportation. By working directly with community-based organizations, Evolve helps reduce cost barriers, expand awareness and connect more people to the service.
We don’t stop at equitable access. We take a comprehensive, purpose-led approach to equity and inclusion, going beyond affordability to address the broader barriers that impact how people move. This includes working closely with community partners, investing in research and data to continuously improve our programs, and designing services that better reflect the needs of diverse communities across BC
As part of this commitment, we advance reconciliation and meaningful community engagement by partnering with Indigenous communities and artists, amplifying local voices through our platforms and embedding equity and inclusion into how we design, deliver and evolve our services. Together, these efforts help increase participation, strengthen community connections and ensure shared micromobility works for more people.

Ride for less
Members participating in the program through partner organizations are eligible to ride at the discounted rate of $0.10 per minute, reduced from $0.35 per minute plus a $1.25 unlock fee per ride.

Inclusive Mobility Program pricing is valid for one year from the date of account creation and applies only to Evolve E-Bike and E-Scooter Share.
